Swans; Visit to St Andrew’s Church

On Thursday 22nd March, our Swans were invited to a local church ‘St Andrews’ to listen to the ‘Story of Easter’. Reverend Tim told the children the ‘Story of Easter’ using handmade knitted figures. We learned that we have Easter Eggs at Easter as they are symbol of ‘New life’. After the story, we said thank you to Tim and we gave him an Easter Egg, he was really happy and said that Monty Bojangles was his favourite! We then had our snack in the church garden and we looked at all the lovely flowers. We were all so well behaved and very sensible on our trip. We look forward to visiting the church again soon.
