STAFF NEWS

Funding information for the upcoming school year:

To all Cygnet children who have turned three between April and August 31st this year and are eligible for 30 hours of funding, please could you remember to send your code and National Insurance number to Kate at kate@22streetlanenursery.co.uk by August 13th. To check your eligibility for the 30 hours please visit https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/

The final deadline for applying for funding is August 31st

To Swans and Cygnets parents, please ensure you re-validate your 30-hour code with HMRC when asked to do so. Any codes that expire on or before the 31st August and are not re-validated by this date will result in the additional funding being withdrawn by Leeds City Council for the Autumn Term. If there are any Swans staying for additional days in September, we can continue to claim your 30 hours as long as the code has not expired.

Swapping your child’s days

Please could we just take this opportunity to remind parents that we do not offer any swap days should your child be ill or miss nursery for any reason. Our rooms are full to capacity, and it isn't possible to do this for all children. Should you wish your child to attend on another day this needs to be booked and invoiced separately.

Room Transitions and Settle Sessions

We would like to let all parents know that they will be advised on the dates and times of their 'settle sessions' in their new rooms on the week commencing Monday 9th August. Everyone will be told who their child’s new key person will be. Then all children will move up to their new rooms during the week commencing Monday 6th September.
