Country of the Month - France With February being the ‘month of love’ we will be celebrating France as our Country of the Month! We will be visiting different parts of the country such as the capital Paris, beach resorts such as La Rochelle and the French Alps. We will be constructing our version of the Eiffel Tower and sampling some traditional French cuisines such as croissants and crepes! If you have any resources that will support our exploration of France, we would be most grateful.
