National Share a Story Month: W/C Monday 18th May To celebrate National Share a Story Month, the children will enjoy listening to and sharing a wide range of stories throughout the month They will take part in story times, role play, and creative activities inspired by favourite books, helping to build their imagination, language, and love of reading.We will also encourage children to talk about stories at home and in nursery, supporting their confidence and communication skills.

World Bee Day: Wednesday 20th May To celebrate World Bee Day, the children will take part in a range of fun, age-appropriate activities to help them learn about the importance of bees and other pollinators. They will explore bee-themed stories, creative crafts, and simple planting activities, while talking about how bees help flowers grow and why we need to look after them.

Eid Al Adha: Wednesday 27th May To mark Eid al Adha on Wednesday 27th May (subject to moon sighting), the children will take part in a range of age appropriate activities to help them learn about this important festival. Through stories, role play, creative crafts, and discussion, they will explore key themes such as kindness, generosity, and caring for others. This will provide a valuable opportunity to learn about different cultures and traditions and to celebrate diversity within our nursery community!
