Nursery Rhyme Week: 10th-14th November For World Nursery Rhyme Week, the children will be participating in lots of rhyme-inspired activities and music classes! We will also be highlighting our core nursery rhymes for each room, and the children will enjoy learning lots of new rhymes! If your child has a favourite nursery rhyme, we’d love to hear it! Did you know? • Nursery rhymes and children’s songs boost vocabulary and language development. • They help children to develop literacy skills. • They provide a fun way to support early numeracy skills. • Nursery rhymes help children to develop social, physical and emotional skills.

World Kindness Day: Thursday 13th November We will be celebrating World Kindness Day with the children by litter picking in the community and visiting the local residential home. We will also be visiting lots of places in the local community throughout the week and thinking of ways to show kindness to others too! Keep an eye out on Tapestry to see what we get up too!
