Welcome Erin! A warm welcome to Erin, who has joined our Swans Team as a qualified practitioner! “I’m so excited to start my new role as a qualified practitioner at 22 Street Lane! I have a passion for supporting children in their early years and love seeing them develop. I first began working with children at 16 and have gone on to complete my Early Years Educator qualification and BA Hons in Early Childhood studies.

Goodbye Connie! Sadly, we will be saying goodbye to Connie in October. Connie has worked for us for a couple of years as a member of our bank staff team, but will be returning home to Venezuela. Connie will be missed, but we wish her the best of luck for the future!

Welcome Back Alex! We would like to say a huge welcome back to Alex, who will be returning after maternity leave on Wednesday 8th October. Having previously been the Nursery Manager since 2016, Alex will be working with us two days a week and will taking on a new role as our Early Years Strategic Manager. Alex’s role will focus on compliance, quality and curriculum standards through carrying out regular audits, staff

mentoring, and safeguarding practices. Alex will also assist with supporting staff development, work with the rest of the Management Team on operational improvements and further development within the setting. Shosh, will therefore be continuing in her role as the Nursery Manager, alongside Bec and Charlotte, who are both Deputy Managers.
